The 4-Step W0W Framework
Fast enough to move, sharp enough to raise
Discovery session
[ 01 ]
We start with a founder session to align on your idea, goals, and audience.

This is where we define the “why” behind the product — fast and sharp.
Design session (online or offline in your city — US only)
[ 02 ]
We run a 2-hour session with your team to define your visual style — basically building advanced version of moodboard. Offline, or online, the favourite part of all startups we worked with.

After this session you’ll find your startup ‘character’.
Design sprint
[ 03 ]
We design and prototype your core experience — the wow moment investors will remember.

By the end, you’ll have a clickable demo (and additional assets) that looks and feels like a real product.
Wrap-up & pitch assets
[ 04 ]
We refine visuals, create optional branding and a landing page, and align the demo with your pitch deck narrative.

Everything ties back to your fundraising story.

who’s behind it
It’s me, Zhenia         I’ve been on that Demo Day stage in SF, trying to convince investors that my slides could become something real. Now I help founders do the same — faster.
Since then, I’ve spent the last few years helping early-stage startups — from health tech to AI — move from chaos to clarity, turning half-formed concepts into fundable demos.

Today, W0W is powered by a team of 24 designers, developers, and strategists who’ve worked across fast-moving tech and product launches.

Together, we merge design, storytelling, and engineering into one streamlined process — built for founders who need speed without losing soul.

questions
How long does it take?

Depends on the plan.

If you pick the 2-week sprint, it’s a very intense mode — we prioritize only your project. You’ll need to give feedback instantly, no time to overthink. It’s a real sprint.

The 4-week version gives you more breathing room — perfect if you want to think, sleep on feedback, and let ideas sink in.

The process itself is the same in both — just different pace and energy.

What do I get at the end?

A clickable demo, landing page, mini-brand system, and pitch deck — everything investor-ready. You can include or skip anything you want.

Do I get the design files?

Yes. Everything we create (Figma, assets, brand files) is fully yours once we wrap.

What if my idea changes mid-way?

If it’s just a small direction change — fine, we adapt.

If the entire idea flips, we’ll need to revisit scope or timeline.
Ideally, do your homework before coming to us: talk to potential users, understand your ICP, and validate the problem you’re solving.

We move fast, and it’s easier when your direction is already clear.

Can you handle development?

Yes — we can ship your demo as a no-code or light front-end version, or handle full product development later.

Both are add-ons to the main design sprint.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on two things:

– the timeline (2 weeks vs 4 weeks)

– what deliverables you choose.

Once we understand your goals and deadlines on the first call, we’ll give a clear quote. No hidden fees, no “surprise hours.”

Is this only for startups?

Mostly yes — pre-seed and seed-stage founders. For bootstrapped founders we suggest another approach.

But we also work with innovation teams inside larger companies who need to show ideas fast to upper management.

If you’re an innovation manager pitching to C-level, this format can work.

What does the process look like?

We start with a kickoff call where you share your goals, deadlines, and what’s ready.

You’ll meet the full team — brand designer, UI/UX designer, and presentation designer.

From there — sprint mode. Quick loops, daily feedback, constant progress.

Can I get a refund?

We can offer a full refund any time before the Design Sprint starts — after the Kickoff or Design Session.

If it happens later — once the sprint is complete and you still feel it’s not the right fit — we can consider a partial refund.

The founder path isn’t always an easy one, and we respect that.

Can I choose only one thing — like demo or deck?

Totally. You can skip what you don’t need — deck, landing, branding — it’s all flexible.

But the demo stays. It’s the heartbeat of the project — the thing that makes your idea feel real.

How many revisions do I get?

As many as needed — within the timeline.

We move fast, so feedback comes daily.

Deadlines don’t shift, but we flex scope to stay on track.

From O to WOW:
designing investor-ready demo and presentation in 2-week sprint

No long discovery cycles. No overpolished decks.

Just a 2-week sprint for early-stage founders raising capital — where your idea gets real enough to show, test, and refine.

how we fit in
Fast.
Because early-stage doesn’t wait. We move at founder speed — short cycles, quick feedback, real output. Two weeks can change your story.
Precise.
Because vibe-code isn’t enough anymore. You can generate ten versions in a night — but only one will feel real. We make that one count.
Long-term in heart.
You don’t need a full-time team yet, but you want someone who cares like one. We don’t promise forever — we just build like we’ll stay.
