What if I barely use it one month?
Then you had a quiet, healthy month — updated, backed up, monitored, and reported on, with a team on standby that knows your site. Care is availability, like insurance. And if a stretch is genuinely quiet, drop to a lower level and come back up when you need to.
What counts as a "bug" vs a "request"?
A bug is something that worked and stopped — a broken layout, a form that won't send, an automation that stopped firing. We fix those, unlimited, on Care Plus and up. A request is something new — a new page, feature, or integration. New things live on Care Max.
Can I pause, downgrade, or cancel?
Move between levels any time (down takes effect next month; up is instant). Cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock-in — the yearly discount is just a reward for paying upfront, not a contract.
Do you work on my platform?
Almost certainly — WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, custom builds. The price is the same; we simply do what each platform allows.
I run a store / a members area — is that different?
Yes — stores, checkouts, and logins need more careful testing, so they're on the "E-commerce & portals" pricing. Same three levels, priced for the extra care.
How fast do you respond?
Within one business day, and we aim to resolve within a week.
How many other clients share my developer?
Fewer than you'd guess — we keep a hard cap on how many Care Max sites each developer carries. That's what lets us work one request at a time and actually keep your queue moving. We'd rather take a limited number of sites and move them well than overload a developer and stall everyone.
What's not included?
Anyone leading the work — SEO strategy, a redesign, marketing campaigns, writing your blog. That's proactive work with its own plan and price. Care keeps what you have healthy and builds what you send us.
We already have someone / a plugin doing this.
Send us the site. We'll tell you honestly what's covered, what's missing, and whether you even need us — no hard sell.
