Participant research can be added with an agreed method and recruitment plan. Expert review findings are labeled separately from observed user behavior.
Will you redesign the whole website?
The audit produces findings and recommendations. A redesign or targeted design work can follow as a separate scope.

Yes. We can focus on selected screens and workflows when the product access and test accounts are available.
