I lead design and strategy at Norml, shaping client work, internal systems, and the studio’s creative direction.

Professional background

I co-founded Norml early in my design career and now lead the studio’s design practice. My work covers design strategy, art direction, visual identity, UX/UI, and the systems that keep a product coherent as it grows.

Most of my projects sit in hard-to-explain industries, including biotech, healthcare, fintech, insurtech, and B2B software. I make complicated product logic understandable through visual direction and interface design.

My published project credits include lead-design roles for AstraZeneca, BRDGE Insights, InheriNext, InsuraTec, Stevens Industries, The Farm Soho, and other client work.
