Do you write the website content?
Yes. We plan the structure and write the website content with your team. That includes shaping the positioning where it affects what the site needs to say. The result is clear page content your team can use across the website and sales materials.
Is this really the last rebuild?
No website is finished forever. The goal is to end the rebuild cycle: give you a system your team can change, the context to use it, and a clear path for larger updates. You keep improving the same website instead of replacing it every few years.
Why put content, design, development, and handover in one program?
Each decision affects the next. One senior-led team handles website content, design, development, SEO, documentation, AI setup, and training, then hands the system over.
Can we stop after the first sprint?
Yes. You'll have the core website content, page structure, design direction, and a live site of up to five pages at the end of month three. The second sprint completes the page system, expanded content, design rules, SEO, operating context, and handover.
What does Website 2.0 cover?
The program covers the marketing website: content planning and writing, page structure, design, page templates, CMS, build, launch, SEO setup, documentation, AI workflows, and team training. Product interfaces, e-commerce operations, and large platform migrations are planned separately.
Why WordPress?
For many marketing sites, custom WordPress gives the team a familiar editor, flexible content structures, and source code it controls. We use headless WordPress, Next.js, Sanity, or another developed stack where the website needs it.
What does the AI handover include?
Your team gets the project context, design and content rules, reusable AI workflows and skills, and documented procedures for common website tasks. We set them up around the actual site and train the people who will use them.
We already have a site — can't we just tweak it?
Sometimes. If the problem is isolated, we will say so. Website 2.0 fits when ordinary changes keep creating exceptions and another patch will leave the rebuild cycle intact.
What happens after launch?
The website, source files, CMS access, design rules, documentation, and AI setup are yours. Your team handles routine work. If you want help later, Norml Care is available for QA, fixes, and occasional support.
