Website 2.0

The website you stop rebuilding — built for your team to run, improve, and own.

You’re done rebuilding the same website.

01
You've already paid for a website more than once.
02
Each rebuild made it look newer. The operating problems came back.
03
Every new page creates another workaround, exception, or dependency.
04
The rules live across Figma, old documents, messages, and people's heads.
05
Another redesign is on the table — and this time you want the cycle to end.
Website 2.0 is the version you keep improving instead of replacing.

Everything your team needs to keep it.

01
The clearest version of you.
We plan and write the website content, then organize it into one source your team can use across the site, sales materials, and future campaigns.
02
A website built as a system.
Reusable components, page templates, and a structured CMS make ordinary changes ordinary — not another development project.
03
The operating manual.
Design rules, content rules, technical decisions, and project context stay with the website instead of disappearing into old messages.
04
The AI handover.
Your team gets the AI workflows and skills used for common website work, plus the access and training to use them without us.

Five steps to the version you keep.

01
Website content & structure.
We plan the structure and write the website content with your team, focusing on the pages and answers buyers use to make a decision.
02
Brand & design system.
We define the visual rules and reusable parts before page production spreads decisions in every direction.
03
Page system.
Structure follows how buyers evaluate, with proof where doubt shows up and templates for the pages your team will need next.
04
Build & launch.
We design, write, and build the site on technology your team owns and can keep developing.
05
Handover & AI setup.
We package the source files, design rules, documentation, project context, and AI skills, then train your team to run them.

Solid launch in three months. Full system in six.

One program, delivered in two consecutive three-month sprints. Sprint two continues the live site created in sprint one and expands it into the full system.

We plan and write the core website content, structure the page system, set the design direction, and build a live marketing site with your team. The solid launch is live at the end of sprint one.

This isn’t your first website.

01
The repeat rebuild.
The last site was supposed to solve it. A few years later, replacements and workarounds are back on the roadmap.
02
The business caught up.
Your offer, team, and sales process have matured. The website no longer represents how the company actually works.
03
The team ready to own it.
You want senior help for the hard decisions and build, then a complete handover your people can operate.
Not for a quick early-stage page, a visual refresh, or a site you expect an agency to run forever. Website 2.0 is for teams ready to make the decisions, fund the work, and own what gets built.

The things people ask.

Do you write the website content?
Yes. We plan the structure and write the website content with your team. That includes shaping the positioning where it affects what the site needs to say. The result is clear page content your team can use across the website and sales materials.
Is this really the last rebuild?
No website is finished forever. The goal is to end the rebuild cycle: give you a system your team can change, the context to use it, and a clear path for larger updates. You keep improving the same website instead of replacing it every few years.
Why put content, design, development, and handover in one program?
Each decision affects the next. One senior-led team handles website content, design, development, SEO, documentation, AI setup, and training, then hands the system over.
Can we stop after the first sprint?
Yes. You'll have the core website content, page structure, design direction, and a live site of up to five pages at the end of month three. The second sprint completes the page system, expanded content, design rules, SEO, operating context, and handover.
What does Website 2.0 cover?
The program covers the marketing website: content planning and writing, page structure, design, page templates, CMS, build, launch, SEO setup, documentation, AI workflows, and team training. Product interfaces, e-commerce operations, and large platform migrations are planned separately.
Why WordPress?
For many marketing sites, custom WordPress gives the team a familiar editor, flexible content structures, and source code it controls. We use headless WordPress, Next.js, Sanity, or another developed stack where the website needs it.
What does the AI handover include?
Your team gets the project context, design and content rules, reusable AI workflows and skills, and documented procedures for common website tasks. We set them up around the actual site and train the people who will use them.
We already have a site — can't we just tweak it?
Sometimes. If the problem is isolated, we will say so. Website 2.0 fits when ordinary changes keep creating exceptions and another patch will leave the rebuild cycle intact.
What happens after launch?
The website, source files, CMS access, design rules, documentation, and AI setup are yours. Your team handles routine work. If you want help later, Norml Care is available for QA, fixes, and occasional support.
The next website should be the one you keep.
