Founders
Max Tymoshyn and Zhenia Mohyla lead Norml. Max worked as a developer for six years, with design, SEO, and advertising already part of the job, and learned to treat a website as one system: business, content, design, and code. Zhenia co-founded the studio and leads its design practice, mostly for companies whose products are hard to explain.

We define the audience, message, and page structure before design starts, then write the pages with your team. The website, sales materials, and campaigns all draw on one approved version of what the company says.
Branding and web design

Vibe coding for existing WordPress sites
WordPress Fuel connects AI to your existing WordPress code, documents how the site is built, and trains your team to request changes in plain language. It is a one-time setup with 3–4 workshops, and nothing is installed on the live site.
