I'm a technical nerd and an entrepreneur — the kid who solved everyone's hardest problems for fun, sometimes for days straight just because it was interesting. I build Norml around people who genuinely love the craft, and I'm always nudging us toward harder, more complex work, and eventually our own product.

I wanted something that lived between technology and creativity, so I fell into web design — and now I do a bit of everything, from building systems in Notion to shaping strategy. I treat my time like currency, and I'd rather spend it on the most interesting work I can find. That's what keeps me here.

DevOps & Backend Developer
Runs the DevOps and backend layer — CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and the server-side plumbing that keeps everything shipping cleanly. Came into the work from electronics, and still likes taking things apart to see how they tick.
Full-Stack Developer
Works across the stack with WordPress as home base, owning the optimization and support layer that keeps client sites fast and steady. Has been building on the web since 2003 — not much surprises him anymore.
Frontend Developer (React)
Lives on the frontend — JavaScript and React, building the interfaces people actually use every day. Chases harder problems on purpose; the way he sees it, there's no progress without a little difficulty.
Frontend Developer
Builds complex web apps end to end — frontend-leaning, but full-stack across WordPress and Next.js when a project calls for it. Five years in, still drawn to the puzzle of making something do exactly what a client needs, with code that just runs.
Full-Stack Developer · E-commerce
Leads e-commerce builds — complex storefronts plus the operations and automation layers that keep them running at scale. Came up through electrical engineering, so big, intricate systems are exactly where he's at home.
UI/UX Designer
Designs the hard ones — UX/UI for complex apps: fintech, document-heavy workflows, and logic-dense SaaS. Has a soft spot for the math behind it, and for turning tangled business logic into something that just makes sense on screen.
UI/UX Designer
Designs brands and the websites that carry them — UX/UI with a strong creative streak, where logic meets a bit of art. Does his best work around curious people with a sense of humor, turning rough ideas into something that clicks.
Junior Designer
Designs the parts people actually touch — interfaces, layouts, and the small visual details that make a project feel finished. The type to keep tweaking a detail long after everyone else has moved on.
Full-Cycle SEO Specialist
Runs full-cycle SEO — deep technical optimization, site architecture, content strategy, and link building. The behind-the-scenes craft that gets clients showing up where it counts and climbing the rankings.
QA Engineer
Owns quality — feature QA, end-to-end and automation testing, and the AI testing pipelines, plus the monthly QA that keeps client sites solid. Trained as a translator, and brings that same eye for detail to catching what everyone else misses.
Content Manager
Owns the content layer — producing and optimizing content at scale, increasingly with AI in the loop. Studied psychology and still nerds out about it, which helps more than you'd think when the work is making content people actually want to read.
Marketing & Sales
Owns marketing and sales — lead generation, go-to-market, and the internal automations that help the team grow. A powerlifter at heart — picks a heavy goal and chips away until it moves.
Business Assistant
Looks after the day-to-day admin and the small logistical things that quietly pile up — so the people building and designing don't have to think about them. Also keeps operations running: streamlining workflows and handling the business and financial side so the team can stay focused on building.
