AI

Nobody can feel your product for you. No agency, no copywriter, no AI tool.

I've been prepping for BIO 2026 and accidentally built Claude skills for cutting the fluff out of biotech pitches.

I run a design and branding studio. We work with biotech companies on messaging, websites, and marketing materials. While prepping for BIO, I started building Claude skills to help founders and CMOs sharpen their marketing before the event.

And to build those, I had the best support – Naomi Thomson. She has done this loop herself with small biotech and big pharma buyers many times over.

We tested the skills on her product. She said:

I love the way it pushes back and calls BS.

9 skills total

Landing page for the skills. A dotted globe illustration above the headline "BIO International Convention in 25 days. Are your sales materials capable of drawing buyers into the right conversation?", the line "9 free Claude skills to sharpen your materials before the conference and capture buyer language while you're there", two skill cards for /foundation and /campaign, and a floating bar with "Install the skills" and "Support" buttons.
The skills page: nine Claude skills, starting with /foundation and /campaign, built while prepping for BIO.
  • /foundation — captures your product, who you're selling to, your evidence. Pushes back on weak claims before they do. Every other skill reads from this file.
  • /campaign — sets up a specific event context so everything you produce is aimed at that conference.
  • /positioning — extracts a tagline from what you said, not what AI thinks sounds good. Marks it as a guess if you haven't talked to anyone yet.
  • /narrative — three versions of your pitch: 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 5 minutes.
  • /objection-playbook — predicts the objections you'll hear at the booth so you're not caught off guard.
  • /one-pager — printable handout for the booth or a follow-up email.
  • /deck — 15-20 slide outline tailored to your audience.
  • /validation-prep — builds the questions to ask at the booth so you're gathering signal, not just pitching.
  • /validation-debrief — after the conference, paste your notes. It finds patterns across conversations and routes findings back into your foundation file for the next round.

The whole thing is a loop

Sharpen before the conference. Test at the conference. Learn after. Sharpen again :)

Why free?

Because the messy first version has to come from you. Nobody can feel your product for you. No agency, no copywriter, no AI tool.

These skills help you get there faster. And when you've tested it with conversations and you're ready to turn it into brand and narrative that properly introduce you - that's when you can come to us or basically any agency. I'd love to chat.

BIO is in 25 days.

Skills are free. Link in comments ( ˘ ³˘)♥
