Challenge

DoorKnockPro had extensive property data — foreclosure status, distress levels, timing, specs — but no system to turn it into actionable field campaigns.

Field teams couldn't filter properties by location, plan efficient routes, or track which homeowners responded.

Every campaign required manual planning, and there was no way to measure engagement or connect field activity back to the CRM.

We built a map-based platform where field teams draw custom zones directly on the canvas and filter properties by multiple parameters.

Each campaign generates an optimized driving route that opens in Google Maps. Door hangers include QR codes that track homeowner engagement and trigger CRM follow-ups, creating a complete field marketing workflow.

The system automatically:

  • Generates optimized driving routes that open directly in Google Maps

  • Tracks visit outcomes (no answer, interested, door hanger left) in real-time

  • Connects QR-scanned responses to landing page questionnaires
