A Rotonda West team should be able to change a service option without updating several comparison tables by hand. We develop a WordPress model for the facts shared between option pages and comparison views.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Build a WordPress editing system around repeatable content and the team responsible for it.
We do not have an office in Rotonda West. The map pin marks our Florida office in Fort Myers. We can work with teams in Rotonda West from that office.
An option has different inclusions on its own page and comparison table.
Editors cannot preview how a changed field affects other placements.
Retired services remain selectable in an enquiry block.
We model comparison attributes, service-specific detail and publication states, then build templates that handle missing values clearly. Editing controls follow the team’s approval workflow. We test adding, revising and retiring options, including their effect on comparison views, internal links and form choices.
Choose pages, post types, taxonomies and fields according to the content relationships.
Implement the approved templates and responsive components in the agreed theme architecture.
Set permissions and editing controls so routine updates follow consistent rules.
Test approved plugins, forms and API connections against the actual workflow.
The approved scope determines the final deliverables:
A documented WordPress content model.
Implemented templates and reusable editing fields.
Configured roles and tested scoped integrations.
Editor instructions and a launch checklist.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
