A new service, team profile or project should fit a documented content model. Norml builds WordPress templates and structured fields that support those routine additions, with permissions and editing instructions for the people who maintain the website. Our Florida office is in Fort Myers; we work with Orlando teams remotely.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Build a WordPress editing system around repeatable content and the team responsible for it.
We do not have an office in Orlando, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 160 miles north-east of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
Service descriptions are stored in inconsistent free-form layouts.
Project or team information is copied manually between pages.
Editors have broad layout access but no clear publishing guidance.
The scope starts with repeatable records and their relationships, then covers templates, field rules and role permissions. We test typical updates with representative content and document what editors can change safely. Hosting, ongoing maintenance and paid plugin licenses are agreed separately.
Choose pages, post types, taxonomies and fields according to the content relationships.
Implement the approved templates and responsive components in the agreed theme architecture.
Set permissions and editing controls so routine updates follow consistent rules.
Test approved plugins, forms and API connections against the actual workflow.
The approved scope determines the final deliverables:
A documented WordPress content model.
Implemented templates and reusable editing fields.
Configured roles and tested scoped integrations.
Editor instructions and a launch checklist.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
