Redesign the space between reading and choosing.

A Port Charlotte site can preserve its useful advice while making the next step clearer. We redesign article and service relationships so a reader can explore the offer without losing the context that brought them there.

What we do

Revise the page system while accounting for existing content, URLs and working enquiry paths.

Where we are, and where you are.

We do not have an office in Port Charlotte. The map pin marks our Florida office in Fort Myers. We can work with teams in Port Charlotte from that office.

Norml Studio LLC, 4263 B Island Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908 — the only office we have in Florida. Port Charlotte is an area we can serve from Fort Myers.

A new article layout is only part of the work. The redesign must account for existing search destinations, links within the library and the information needed on the service page that follows.

  • Article layouts have no space for a relevant next step.

  • New categories would strand established article URLs.

  • Service pages repeat broad claims instead of answering follow-up questions.

What the website redesign scope covers.

We inventory the library, identify priority journeys and design connected article and service templates. Existing links, metadata and form behaviour enter the preservation plan. Responsive review includes long headings, quotations, related resources and the transitions between content types, followed by checks of retained or redirected destinations.

Preservation review

Identify useful pages, search entry points, forms and components before replacing them.

Page architecture

Decide which page roles stay, change or merge and record the reasons.

Responsive design

Test hierarchy, content length and enquiry paths across desktop and phone layouts.

Launch continuity

Specify URL mappings and acceptance checks for the agreed implementation.

What you get.

The approved scope determines the final deliverables:

  1. 01

An inventory of pages and functions to retain or change.

  2. 02

An approved page map and representative wireframes.

  3. 03

Responsive page designs and reusable component rules.

  4. 04

A redirect and launch-check specification for the build team.

Let's chat

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”

Get started

Website redesign in Port Charlotte questions.

Can the article archive stay while individual layouts change?
Yes. We assess the archive’s current role and URL structure before changing either. Layout improvements can be delivered independently of taxonomy changes, reducing unnecessary migration work while still giving articles clearer links to relevant services.
Does redesign always mean a new platform?
No. We review the current platform and editing model first. A platform change is proposed only when the agreed requirements justify it.
Do you have an office in Port Charlotte?
No. Norml Studio’s Florida office is in Fort Myers. We work with Port Charlotte teams remotely and agree communication and review arrangements before starting.
Tell us about the current site, the work needed and the team responsible for it.
