A Miami-facing page and a nationwide service page can address different needs, but changing a place name does not establish that difference. Norml reviews the existing pages, relevant searches and available performance data before deciding which pages to improve or add. Our Florida office is in Fort Myers; we work with Miami teams remotely.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Connect technical search work and page priorities with the services buyers actually need.
We do not have an office in Miami, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 125 miles south-east of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
Several URLs describe the same service without a clear difference in purpose.
Search traffic arrives on a broad page that does not answer the enquiry.
Internal links do not identify the strongest page for a service.
The scope covers query ownership, technical findings and useful page content. We distinguish searches for a local provider from searches about a service regardless of location. Recommendations for Miami pages need evidence of a distinct purpose; we do not claim a Miami office or create a fictitious map listing.
Research how buyers describe the offer and separate local intent from wider-market searches.
Inspect indexability, canonicals, internal links and rendering before recommending fixes.
Map queries to existing pages and identify gaps without creating competing versions of the same offer.
Track agreed search and enquiry signals against a recorded starting point.
The approved scope determines the final deliverables:
A technical review with prioritized findings.
A query-to-page map based on available research.
Content and internal-link recommendations for the agreed routes.
An implementation backlog and a measurement plan.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
