Dental website design built around the booking, not the brochure.

Norml designs and builds websites for dental practices and multi-location groups. The treatment architecture, the design system, the build, and the booking path behind it. Because a dental site is judged on one thing: whether a nervous person finishes the form.

A dental website has one job, and most of them make it harder.

  • Every treatment shares one page, so the person searching for their specific problem never sees it described.

  • Booking is a phone number during office hours, and the enquiry arrives when the office is closed.

  • A new patient wants to know cost, insurance and what the appointment involves, and the site answers none of it.

  • The group has six locations and one page listing addresses.

  • Every change goes through the agency that built it, so the site still lists a dentist who left.

What our dental web design services include.

Seven things, in the order we do them. Web design for a dental practice starts with the treatments you actually want more of and where the enquiry currently stalls; Norml can take the whole scope or work beside your marketing team.

Treatment architecture

A page per treatment and per real situation a patient arrives with, not one page called Services. Implants, orthodontics, emergency and cosmetic are different decisions made by different people.

Booking that completes

Visible on every page, working outside office hours, and short enough to finish. Conditional forms that adapt to the treatment, then confirmations and reminders handled automatically.

The questions before the call

Cost ranges, insurance and finance, what the appointment involves, recovery. Answered on the page, because a patient who cannot find them calls a practice that published them.

Multi-location structure

A page per location with its own team, hours and booking, structured so a group can add the next one without a redesign.

Design system in Figma

Components, states and responsive rules, so the tenth treatment page looks like the first and a new clinician profile does not need a designer.

Build your front desk can run

WordPress, editable by your team. Hours, staff, prices and notices change constantly in a practice; nothing about that should require a developer.

Analytics per treatment

Conversion tracked by treatment and location, so you can see which work the marketing is actually buying instead of counting total form fills.

Dental web design deliverables.

The exact scope depends on the treatment list and the number of locations. A typical engagement hands over the following:

  1. 01

A page map covering every treatment, location and its job.

  2. 02

A Figma design system with components, states and responsive rules.

  3. 03

Treatment and clinician page templates written against the real practice.

  4. 04

A booking flow with confirmations and reminders, wired to your system.

  5. 05

A built site on WordPress your front desk edits without a developer.

  6. 06

Conversion tracking per treatment and location.

  7. 07

A handoff session and the files, so nothing about the site depends on us staying.

Our process

How our dental web design process works.

Discovery

We read the analytics and follow one real enquiry from search to booked appointment. You get the diagnosis — where the patient is lost.

[ 01 ]

Architecture

Treatment and location structure, URL plan, and what each page has to prove. A sitemap you can argue with.

[ 02 ]

Design

Wireframes first, then the system in Figma. Treatment, clinician and booking templates.

[ 03 ]

Build

The site, then the booking and reminders behind it. Editable by your front desk.

[ 04 ]

Launch

Redirects, analytics, Search Console, speed, and conversion tracking per treatment from day one.

Dental web design questions.

Can you show a dental practice you have built?
No, and we would rather say so than show you something adjacent and call it dental. We have not published a dental case study. The work shown on this page is from other fields and is there so you can judge the standard of the architecture, the booking design and the build. If a dental portfolio is what decides it for you, a dental-specialist agency will have more of one.
Why hire you rather than a dental marketing agency?
Because they are different products. A dental marketing agency will run your ads, your social and often your reviews, usually on a template site they maintain. We build the website itself, properly, and hand you the files and the accounts. If you want one company doing everything monthly, they are the better fit. If you want a site you own and can change, that is this.
Do you build a page per treatment?
Yes, and often a page per situation inside one. Someone searching about a cracked tooth at 11pm and someone comparing orthodontic options over a month are not the same visitor, and a combined page serves neither. Separate pages also stop your own pages competing with each other in search.
Can you connect our booking or practice-management system?
Yes, and it is normally where the return is largest. The pattern is a short conditional form that adapts to the treatment, routed into your system with the right owner, with automatic confirmation and reminders. A booking route that only works during office hours loses the enquiries that arrive at night, which is most of them.
Who is responsible for patient privacy and advertising rules?
Your practice is, and we design for that rather than around it. We are a design and engineering studio, not a healthcare compliance advisor: your people stay the authority on every clinical claim, consent notice and testimonial, and we build the site and the publishing workflow so those reviews are part of getting a page live.
Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile for us?
We do the parts that live on the website — treatment pages, location pages where you genuinely have locations, the technical work, and a structure you can extend. We are not a local agency and we will not promise map-pack positions. If your entire growth plan is the map pack in one metro, a local specialist will serve you better.
How much does dental website design cost?
Norml publishes its rates on Clutch — $50–$99 per hour with a $5,000 project minimum. A full engagement covering architecture, design system, content and build sits well above that minimum. A single-location practice is a smaller job than a six-location group, and we scope after discovery rather than selling a package.
What happens after launch?
You can run it yourself — that is the point of building it so your front desk can edit it. When a practice would rather not, Norml Care covers updates, monitoring and small changes on a monthly plan.
Website 2.0 combines strategy, design, development and launch in one engagement, with the booking path treated as part of the build rather than an afterthought.
