A redesign often begins when a company's offer changes faster than its site. The old website may still carry useful search pages, sales links and working forms. We inventory those assets, decide what to keep and rebuild the experience around the current offer. Norml Studio works with Tampa teams from its Fort Myers office.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Change the website without losing track of the pages and workflows already in use.
We do not have an office in Tampa, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 125 miles north of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
Sales still uses URLs that the proposed sitemap removes.
Content owners have not decided what to retain, merge, rewrite or retire.
Existing forms and integrations are treated as details for launch week.
The team wants a new CMS but has not tested routine editing tasks.
We audit the current site before drawing a replacement. The plan connects page inventory, content decisions, responsive design, development, redirects, forms and analytics. A partial redesign is possible when selected parts of the current system should stay.
Record pages, traffic entry points, forms, integrations and publishing owners.
Decide what stays, moves, merges, rewrites or leaves the site.
Create layouts and reusable components against the approved page roles and content.
Map old URLs to new destinations and test redirects and metadata continuity.
Check the key buyer paths, forms, search signals and editing access after launch.
The redesign handoff records both the new website and the decisions made about the old one.
A current-site inventory and preservation plan.
An approved sitemap and content change map.
Responsive designs and the developed templates in scope.
Redirect and launch checklists.
Production verification and an editing handover.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
