Transparent Reporting

AMF Foundation was set up in Wyoming in early 2022. They needed a website before they could begin raising funds — a place people could land on, understand the program, and trust enough to give through. And they needed it quickly, so fundraising could start while the program was still being put together on the other side.
Key problems:
A brand-new nonprofit with no existing website, donor base, or public materials to build from
Complex program to explain on the site — Uniting for Ukraine visa pathway, two phases of support, specific cost categories — for donors deciding whether to give
Donation flow needed to handle one-time and recurring giving, issue tax receipts, and support donors who would later want to change or cancel their contributions

We built The Yellow Blue as a functional donation site first. The priority was getting a fully built site live that could accept contributions and designing it to feel trustworthy so the foundation looked credible and people could trust it. Real stories, a real goal, and an emotional connection — that helped raise more money and create real-world impact quickly.
Once that was in place, we added the pages donors needed to understand and trust the program: mission, a two-phase plan, specific cost breakdowns, team bios, and an FAQ.
A news section handled ongoing updates on which families had arrived and where the money went.
Key deliverables:
Donation flow supporting one-time and recurring giving, with tax-receipt issuance and donor self-service for changing card, amount, or canceling contributions
Program explanation pages covering the Uniting for Ukraine pathway, Phase 1 and Phase 2 support, and itemized cost categories (airfare, tuition, housing, medical insurance, per diems)
Ongoing news and reports section for donor transparency, with newsletter signup for monthly updates
