HubSpot CMS to WordPress migration

Use WordPress for your website while keeping the HubSpot tools your marketing team relies on. Norml rebuilds the page templates, transfers the agreed content, and reconnects forms and tracking. We separate the website move from CRM records and marketing workflows so the scope is clear and existing lead handling can be checked deliberately.

What the migration covers

HubSpot can export website content, but a usable WordPress site also needs templates, structured fields, and replacement decisions for HubSpot-specific behavior.

Pages, blog posts and assets

We inventory website pages, landing pages, blog content, authors, and downloads. Available HTML and content-data exports are inspected for coverage, then mapped into WordPress. Asset locations, metadata, internal links, and unpublished content are checked before the source is retired.

Templates and reusable modules

HubSpot modules become agreed WordPress templates, fields, and reusable sections. We identify the blocks editors need for campaigns and routine page changes. Custom module behavior and embedded scripts are reviewed individually; exported HTML alone does not supply the WordPress editing model.

Forms and HubSpot tracking

If HubSpot remains your CRM, we plan the forms, tracking, and account connections needed on WordPress. Tests cover submission delivery, field mapping, attribution settings, and consent behavior in the agreed configuration. Existing CRM workflows remain a separate system with their own owner.

Dynamic and gated content

HubDB pages, personalized content, membership restrictions, and multilingual routes require explicit destination designs. We map the content records and define the conditions that control access or display. Redirects are prepared for changed page paths, including landing pages used by active campaigns.

What we need before the move

Content and account access

Provide HubSpot content-export permissions, the module and form inventory, domain ownership, and WordPress hosting access. Include campaigns or forms that must remain available during the switch and identify who owns the CRM configuration.

Website versus CRM scope

The website migration does not move your HubSpot CRM, email program, lists, or automation history to another platform. Changes to those systems are separately agreed. Gated content needs a verified access model before its destination pages become public.

How we prepare the move

  1. Separate content and dependencies

Map page types, modules, dynamic data, forms, and active campaign links. Agree which HubSpot services stay connected and which website functions need replacement.

  2. Build a representative template

Transfer a content sample and rebuild its editing controls. Verify a lead form and any linked records or access rules before completing the remaining templates.

  3. Validate and connect the domain

Reconcile content, test campaign destinations, forms, tracking configuration, and redirects. Switch the domain under the agreed launch plan and verify the public site and editorial handoff.

Questions about the migration

Can we keep HubSpot forms and CRM?
Yes, the website can use WordPress while HubSpot remains the CRM. We verify the available embed or plugin route and your required form behavior. The migration scope states which tracking and lead-handling connections are included.
What happens to HubDB or gated pages?
They need a destination content model and access-control decision. We inspect the source data and rules before selecting a replacement. Publishing exported HTML does not preserve restricted access or dynamic behavior.
Is a HubSpot page report enough for migration?
No. HubSpot distinguishes reports containing page metrics from exports containing HTML content. We use the appropriate content sources and reconcile them with the live page inventory.
Share your current website, the features you rely on, and what needs to change. We will review the WordPress requirements and identify the content, rebuild work, and launch checks your move needs.
