Design and editing
We build WordPress templates for the layouts you need. You can retain the current visual direction or agree on a redesign, with editable fields for the content your team changes.
Forms and connected tools
Contact forms, analytics, booking tools, and CRM connections get their own checklist. Each agreed connection is configured and tested in WordPress.
URLs and search settings
We map existing URLs, retain paths where practical, and add redirects for changed addresses. Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, and sitemap entries are checked before release.

We agree on WordPress hosting, the domain cutover, and who owns updates and backups after launch. Keep the existing site available until the transfer and checks are complete.

Will the WordPress website look the same?
It can follow your current design. Squarespace themes and styling do not transfer as a WordPress theme, so we rebuild the agreed layouts and check them at desktop and mobile sizes. A redesign is a separate scope decision.
Can you move every feature automatically?
No. Exportable content is only part of a site. We review custom layouts, commerce, memberships, bookings, forms, and connected tools separately, then document what will transfer and what needs rebuilding.
Can we keep our domain?
Yes, provided you control the domain and its settings. We plan the website connection separately from domain registration and email, and verify the relevant DNS records during cutover.
Will our search rankings stay the same?
Search rankings cannot be guaranteed. We check existing URLs, redirects, metadata, crawl access, and sitemap entries, then verify the live site after launch.
Do we need to stop using the existing site during the build?
The WordPress build can be prepared separately. Before launch, we agree on how content changes, enquiries, and any transactional data will be handled during the switch.
