We inspect the Wix product-export format used by your store, then map products, variants, media rows, SKUs, prices, and stock. A trial import includes option combinations and multiple images. The resulting Shopify product must match the agreed purchase choices, not merely appear in an import report.
Wix’s documented product-list export excludes digital products. We inventory downloadable assets, delivery rules, and customer access separately. Bookings, memberships, reviews, and other Wix apps also need their own export and destination review; the product file cannot stand in for those systems.
We identify the customer and order records available for transfer, agree the retained history, and choose a supported import route. Customer profiles and order history are handled separately. Sample checks cover duplicate contacts, order totals, status, and the association between an order and its customer.
We rebuild navigation, collections, product pages, and supporting store content in Shopify. Shipping, payment configuration, customer messages, analytics, and redirects are checked before the domain switch. New orders and stock changes during the build are included in the final reconciliation.

Passwords are not transferred through Shopify’s customer CSV. Subscriptions, gift-card balances, booking appointments, and digital entitlements require explicit feasibility decisions. Any paid app or plan needed for the agreed behavior is identified before implementation.

Create the Shopify storefront and import representative records. Review product options, image associations, stock, and how customers reach the checkout.
Test payments and shipping with approved methods, reconcile recent orders and inventory, and activate mapped redirects. After connecting the domain, verify public product pages and the agreed operational handoff.
