We do not have an office in Cape Coral, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 12 miles west of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
The interface looks complete until someone uses an edge case.
A visitor cannot tell whether an offer applies to their location or type of business.
Empty, loading and error states were left out of the design.
Desktop screens are approved before anyone checks the mobile task.
Developers must guess how controls behave after a click or failed input.

How is this different from web design?
Web design covers the public page system and buyer journey. UX/UI design can also cover application screens and the states of specific user tasks.
Does this include user testing?
Testing can be scoped with recruitment and a method. A design review alone is not presented as user research.
How do you show which services apply to which location?
We design the service and location relationship explicitly, using accurate content and interface states that do not make visitors infer availability.
