Service architecture

A firm can add partners, specialties and proof while its site keeps the shape of its first offer. We design a page system that lets visitors understand each service without losing the firm behind it. Norml Studio works with Sarasota teams from its Florida office in Fort Myers.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Give each service a clear place in a website that still feels like one firm.
We do not have an office in Sarasota, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 75 miles north of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
A new practice or service appears in the navigation but has no page that answers its buyers’ questions.
Partner profiles, articles and proof use different layouts and send visitors down unrelated paths.
Mobile visitors must read a long general page to reach one relevant specialty.
A redesign proposal focuses on the homepage while the pages that receive enquiries stay untouched.
We inventory the real service lines, audiences and available proof, then set page roles before visual design. The output can cover navigation, service templates, article and profile patterns, responsive layouts and a reusable component library. We do not claim a Sarasota office or a local client case study.
Separate specialties while keeping a coherent firm-level story.
Connect each buyer question with relevant proof and an enquiry path.
Make service details, people and forms usable across screen sizes.
Define patterns the team can extend when another specialty is added.
The deliverables follow the firm’s approved page map:
Service and audience page map.
Wireframes for distinct buyer routes.
Responsive Figma pages for the agreed templates.
Profile, proof and article component rules.
Developer handoff notes.
Our process
Review current services, people, content and the enquiries each page needs to support.
[ 01 ]Agree the navigation and page templates before visual styling.
[ 02 ]Work through representative service, profile and proof pages at key widths.
[ 03 ]Document the component system and review implementation where included.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
