Entry-page design

When a site has a polished front page and thin service pages, sales still has to explain the work elsewhere. We design the routes that connect each offer with its evidence and the right next step. Norml Studio serves St. Petersburg companies from its Fort Myers office.
A few clients we’ve worked with

Design service and proof pages that make a complex offer easier to evaluate.
We do not have an office in St. Petersburg, and the map is honest about it: the pin is our Florida office in Fort Myers, about 135 miles north-west of our Fort Myers office. The distance changes how easy it is to meet, not how the work runs.
Search or referral traffic arrives on a service page that says little beyond the service name.
The same three project tiles appear under every offer regardless of relevance.
An important comparison is handled in sales calls because the website has no place for it.
The design looks consistent until a long headline, table or form appears on a phone.
We map the offers, buyer questions and approved examples, then design the service, proof and enquiry paths as a connected system. The work can include information architecture, wireframes, responsive page types, component states and build review. We do not claim a St. Petersburg office.

The design package is set by the approved page types:

Component and interaction specifications.
Handoff and agreed build review.
Our process
Identify where buyers enter and where they lose the thread.
[ 01 ]Choose page types that carry the most important decisions.
[ 02 ]Test service and evidence pages with representative copy and edge cases.
[ 03 ]Review the implemented pages against the approved design where scoped.

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”
