Move the public site with products, documents and URLs accounted for.

We inventory the healthcare organisation’s public pages and resources, prepare the destination and verify the transfer. Content ownership and document references stay part of the migration plan.

What we do

Website migration for healthcare teams: source inventory, transfer and mapping, cutover checks.

Decisions that shape the scope.

  • Which files and URLs belong in the transfer?

  • What is the rollback plan if a critical journey fails?

What a migration actually moves.

A migration changes more than where the files live. It moves your URLs, your search history and every integration pointed at the old address.

Search rankings survive the move

A URL inventory and redirect plan protect the pages that already earn traffic, which is the part a migration most often loses.

There is a way back

A backup, verification checks and a rollback approach mean a bad launch is an inconvenience rather than an outage.

Nothing is left behind

Content, media, forms and integrations are inventoried before the move, so the gaps are found before your customers find them.

Website migration: scope.

These work areas are scoped against the organisation’s existing site, approved information and available technical access.

Source inventory

List pages, files, languages and dependencies. Identify material that needs approval before moving.

Transfer and mapping

Move the approved content and record URL changes. Check resource links and page relationships in the destination.

Cutover checks

Follow the release and rollback plan. Verify agreed enquiry routes, downloads and indexing settings after cutover.

“We didn’t choose them to be impressed — we chose them because we knew they’d deliver high-level results with no risk. As a CTO myself, that’s exactly what I look for in a long-term partnership.”
Iryna MykytynFounder & CTO, COXIT.COClutch review
“And, you know, the great part about the fact that you hit the goal, it's not that you had to compromise anything that you were doing, because, honestly, the end result far exceeded what we could have imagined.”
Chris NeeckChief Distribution Officer, InsuraTec
“I would just say that you deliver on quality … I just thought we clicked, and you delivered what we were looking for.”

Let's chat

“I've spent 10 years working across development and marketing. I started as a developer, but design, SEO and advertising were already part of the job. That taught me to treat a website as one system: the business, the content, the design and the code have to work together. At Norml, I lead the architecture behind our work and stay involved wherever strategy, design, development and search meet.”

Get started

Website migration for healthcare: questions.

Does moving the public website also move patient systems?
No. Authenticated or patient-data systems are separate dependencies unless a distinct migration scope explicitly includes them.
Do all URLs need to change?
No. Existing URLs can remain when the destination supports them; any change is documented with its intended redirect.
Website 2.0 combines strategy, design, development and launch in one engagement.
